New Installation
Although it is possible to install tile as a DIY project, it is most recommended you hire professionals (like us!) to do the work. Tile installations can be labor intensive and there are a number of specialized tools required to complete the installation. A tile installation can be messy and sometimes a lengthy process. Hiring someone who knows what to expect during your tile installation will make the entire process go faster and eliminate any surprises. Also, the majority of installations take place in areas where tile already exists, so removing your old tile is the first step in the installation process. This is easier if your previous installer did a good job, but even then removing the old tile can be a messy and time-consuming process. Removal and disposal of the old flooring is offered as part of your New Installation with us at Terracina Tile & Stone.

Renovation
We at Terracina understand that renovations save money. Reducing structural changes to the layout or a building/space is a fundamental way to save costs while performing a complete upgrading or refurbishment to the building/space itself. Unfortunately, sometimes this is harder than it sounds. Awkward corners, edges and shapes often result from these partial shifts in layout, and ensuring they are dealt with to completion isn’t for the faint of heart. We promise to make it worth your while though! We will analyze and create the most cost and time efficient solutions to meet your needs and that accommodate your previous space, ensuring from the moment you begin your “demo” you are heading in the right direction.

Tile Repair
Tile is some of the most durable option for flooring and other surfaces that must weather constant force, friction, dirt, moisture and more. Even with its renowned durability, accidents or lack of professional installation can leave you with the need for repairs. We at Terracina want to offer you every tile repair solution you may need. Some common tile repair issues are leaking, white residue/stains (caused by leaking), cracked tile and loose tile. We assure you if any of these issues occur with your tile, we will quickly provide you with the least intrusive, most professional, efficient and seamless tile repair options, leaving everything good as new!
